The founder of the free software, Richard Stallman, will give a two-hour lecture at the annual conference WebTech 2005 being held in Sofia, 22 to 23 April 2005.

    Richard Stallman will speak at Hall 11, National Palace of Culture, Bulgaria Square, Sofia, Bulgaria. The event is open to the public, but advance registration is required. The speech will be in English.
