Handbook for bloggers and cyber-dissidents published |
A handbook that offers advice to bloggers who want to protect themselves from recrimination and censors has been released by Reporters Without Borders. The media watchdog said it gives people who want to set up a blog tips on how to do so, how to publicise it, as well as how to establish credibility. It also offers advice about writing blogs from countries with tough media restrictions, such as Iran and China.

I recently completed and released an html version of RSF’s Handbook for Bloggers and Cyber-Dissidents. It is an all-in-one html file providing the ability to browse the entire handbook. I sought to preserve the flavor of the original pdf, while adding additional sources and art. It is a large file with lots of graphics, so it may take a couple minutes to completely load if You are on a dialup connection - but it’s worth the wait, imo. :-)
To browse, just go to the above url.

Feel free to offer any feedback - criticism, corrections, rants, etc. I would highly value Your comments.
I hope You like it.
Cheers,
